4th of July is an important time of year. This is a time for you to relax and really get into the spirit of summer! And what better way to do it with a cocktail in hand to enjoy the festitivies. Here are 30 cocktails to make sure your 4th of July is as explosive as the fireworks.
Elderberry Lemonade
Ingredients
- 10 l of water
- 30-50 brushes of elderberry flowers (black)
- 1 kg of sugar
- 3 lemons juice
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon a bottle of chilled sparkling wine (champagne)
Steps
- Put black elderberry flowers and lemons, cut into slices, put into a non-metal dish and pour water. Leave for 24 hours, so that the liquid is infused.
- Filter through the saturated water and discard the pulp. Add lemon juice and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves and leave for another 24 hours.
- Pour the chilled drink into glasses and add a little champagne.
- Serve guests with a slice of lemon or ice.
Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients
- 50 ml of Silver Tequila
- 30 ml of orange liquor
- 40 g of lime
- 100 g of strawberry
- 2 g of granulated sugar
- 160 g of ice
Steps
- Dip the whiskeys of the glass into liquor and then into sugar to make a thin border.
- Put 6 strawberries into a blender, pour tequila and orange liquor.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime, throw some ice and beat thoroughly so that there are no large pieces left.
- Pour the drink into a glass and decorate with one ripe strawberry.
- Serve chilled.
Cava Sangria
Ingredients
- 8 large mint leaves
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine, chilled (in the original recipe, this is Cava wine, but you can replace it with another kind)
- 3/4 cup white grape juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange liquor ice cubes
Steps
- Rub the mint leaves on the walls of a large jug with a wooden spoon to release aromas.
- Pour sparkling wine into a jug and mix with grape juice, sliced strawberries and orange liquor.
- Throw ice cubes from above and immediately serve to the guests.
Raspberry Beer Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 3 1/2 bottles of chilled beer 12 ounces of lemon concentrate
- 1/2 cup of vodka slices of lemon or lime ice cubes

- Grind raspberries in a blender or just crush with a spoon and then mix with beer.
- In a separate container, mix vodka with lemonade concentrate. All together we mix only before serving. Until this time, the mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.

South Breeze Cocktail
Ingredients
- 40 ml of bourbon
- 25 ml of apricot liquor
- 40 g of lemon sprig of mint
- 20 g of dried apricots
- 10 g of dried crushed ice
Steps
- Put 1 dried ice and 1 dried apricot on the bottom of each glass. Then, fill them with crushed ice to the very top.
- Pour apricot liquor, bourbon into a shaker or a jar with a tight lid and squeeze a quarter of lemon. Fill the shaker with ice and beat thoroughly.
- Pour the cocktail into glasses, decorate with dried apricots and mint leaves.
Blackberry Smoothie Cocktail
Ingredients
- Couple of sprigs of fresh mint
- 12 thin slices of cucumber
- 200-300 g of fresh blackberry
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 8-12 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of gin
- 1 cup cold crushed ice soda
Steps
- In a large jug we place sprigs of mint, cucumber, blackberries, lime juice and sugar.
- Gently squeeze the leaves of mint, cucumber and blackberry on the walls of the jug with a wooden spoon to release aromas.
- Add gin and soda to the jug. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve a cocktail with pieces of ice.
Peach Sangria
Ingredients
- 2 bottles of dry white wine
- 4 tbsp. l peach liqueur Cointreau
- 250 ml Peach Vodka
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- 2 limes
- Sliced 2 oranges
- 500 ml of sparkling water
Preparation
- In a large jug or other container, mix wine, liquor, vodka, sugar, cinnamon sticks, lime slices and orange. Mix thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Put in a cold place for several hours, so that the cocktail is infused.
- Before serving, add sparkling water and ice cubes. If desired, decorate with a slice of lime or orange.
Melon Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 large slices of melon
- 50 g ice cream
- 100 ml white wine
Steps
- Peel the melon from the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces and beat in a blender with wine and ice cream.
- Serve on the table chilled or with ice cubes. The glass can be decorated with a small piece of ripe melon.
Margarita – Watermelon and Mint

- 4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

- Sliced watermelon, put in a freezer for 4 hours.

- Frozen watermelon, tequila, sugar, peel and lime juice, mint leaves are placed in a blender and beat thoroughly.

Pink Lemonade

- 60 ml of lemonade (any, even light color)
- 30 ml of pink liquor (in the original recipe, X-Rated Fusion Liqueur)
- 30 ml of vodka ice slices of citrus

- Throw a few ice cubes into a large glass.
- Then pour lemonade, pink liquor, vodka and mix thoroughly.
- If desired, decorate with a slice of orange, lemon or lime on top.
Margarita – Frozen Cranberries

- 50 ml of Tequila,
- 15 ml of Triple-s (liquor from the zest of oranges)
- 25 ml of cranberry juice
- 25 ml of apple juice
- 1/4 orange
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar zest of one orange

- Mix ice, tequila, orange liquor, cranberry juice, orange juice in a shaker or jar with a tight lid.
- Dip the rim of the glass into liquor, and then into a mixture of salt, sugar and orange zest to make a thin rim.
- Carefully pour the cocktail into the glass and serve.
Sweet Tea with Soda Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 soft drink lemon (can be carbonated)
Steps
- Mix cranberry juice, vodka and lemon juice in a large jug.
- Add ice cubes and a soft lemon drink.
- Gently mix and serve immediately.
Grapefruit Sparkler
Ingredients
- 80 g of grapefruit juice
- 50 g of cranberry juice
- 50 g of gin Campari
- Mineral carbonated water
- Lime juice lime slices for decorating
- Salt
Steps
- Lubricate the rim of the glass with grapefruit juice and dip it in salt.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight lid half full of ice.
- Add grapefruit and cranberry juice, gin, a little Campari and squeeze lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Filter through a strainer, if necessary, and pour into glasses. Add some mineral water on top. If desired, decorate with mint or a slice of lime.
Berry Bliss Cocktail
Ingredients
- 45 ml of Midori melon liqueur
- 30 ml of Vanilla Vodka
- 15 ml of Raspberry Tincture
- 2-3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
- 2-3 tablespoons of sparkling water
- A couple of strawberries
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Put 7 cubes on the bottom of a large jug or punch bowl.
- Add liquor, vodka and raspberry tincture according to the recipe. We add pineapple juice and soda to taste, but not less than one splash.
- Gently mix all the ingredients and pour them into tall glasses. On top we decorate with strawberries or other fruits, if desired.
Blackberry Pisco Sours
Ingredients
- 50 ml Pisco
- 1 ml Angostura Beater
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Half an egg
- 75 g lemon
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Pour 1/2 egg white, sugar syrup and Pisco into a shaker or jar with a tight lid.
- Squeeze half the lemon, fill the shaker with ice cubes and carefully beat until foam is formed.
- Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and decorate with a few drops of Angostura.
Manhattan
Ingredients
- 50 ml of Bourbon
- 25 ml of Red Vermouth
- 1 ml of Angostura
- 200 g of ice in cubes
- 1 Cocktail Cherry
Steps
- Pour bourbon, vermouth and angostura into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Put ice cubes in a glass, and then strain the mixture from the shaker into it.
- Garnish the cocktail with a cherry.
The Blue Lagoon
Ingredients
- 200 g of ice in cubes
- 50 ml of Vodka
- 20 ml of Blue Curacao;
- 150 ml Sprite;
- 1 slice of pineapple.
Steps
- Half fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Vodka and liquor, and then fill the glass of Sprite to the top and mix gently.
- Garnish the finished cocktail with a pineapple wedge.
Old fashion
Ingredients
- 5 g of brown sugar in cubes
- 1 ml of Angostura
- 120 g of ice in cubes
- 50 ml of Bourbon
- 1 slice of orange
Steps
- Put sugar in cubes in a glass of thick glass, add an Angostura and crush everything.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in Bourbon and mix gently with a cocktail spoon.

Himlet
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin;
- 30 ml lime juice;

Cooler Cameron
Ingredients
- 360 ml blended Scotch Whiskey
- 120 ml of white wine (for example, Sauvignon Blanc)
- 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 120 ml sugar syrup
- 240 ml of cold ginger beer
- A drop Venezuelan Angostura;
- Ice Cubes
Steps
- Combine Whiskey, Wine, lemon juice and sugar syrup and send to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Then take it out, shake it well and pour it into a jug filled with ice cubes.
- And to top it off, pour ginger beer and a few drops of Angostura into a thin stream.
Watermelon Tequila
Ingredients
- 60 ml of water
- 60 grams of sugar
- 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 300 ml Tequila
- 450 g of watermelon pulp (pitted)
- 400 gr blueberries
- Fresh mint
- Ice Cubes
Steps
- First, prepare the sugar syrup (melt the sugar in water and bring to a boil over low heat), cool it.
- Then grind the pulp of watermelon in a blender.
- Filter the resulting juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- In a jug (the original solution is to use a watermelon peel instead of a jug, cut in half in the form of a vase and peeled of pulp) mix sugar syrup, lime juice, blueberries and mint.
- Blueberries and mint should be crushed a little so that they give juice.
- Then add watermelon juice and Tequila and send to cool for 2 hours.
- Serve a cocktail in glass glasses filled with ice cubes and garnished with sprigs of mint.
Fruit Sangria
Ingredients
- Bottle (750 ml) of red fruit wine
- 120 ml Brandy
- 90 ml of sugar syrup
- Cup of sliced and peeled lime seeds, oranges and lemons
- Ice Cubes
Steps
- Mix wine, Brandy, sugar syrup and citrus fruits.
- Then send it to a cool place for 4-8 hours, until all the ingredients give away the aromas to each other.
- Serve with ice.
Rum Punch
Ingredients
- 240 ml of Light Rum
- 240 ml of Aged Rum
- 240 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 240 ml of mango nectar
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 80 mint leaves
- 8 slices of pineapple
- Ice Cubes
Steps
- We combine all the ingredients (except ice and pieces of pineapple) in a jug and send for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- The chilled drink should be mixed well, add ice and pour into glasses decorated with small pieces of pineapple.
Cherry Gin
Ingredients
For cherry syrup:
- 450 gr cherries (seedless)
- 180 grams of sugar
- 240 ml of water
- Zest of half a lemon
- Zest of half an orange
For gin:
- 480 ml Gin
- 180 ml Cointreau
- 180 ml freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 540 ml Cherry Syrup
- A drop of Angostura
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Lime and cherry (for decoration)
Steps
- First, prepare the syrup: boil all the ingredients for it on low heat for 40 minutes. After that, filter the liquid and cool – it turns out about 540 ml of Cherry Syrup.
- Combine Gin, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Cherry Syrup and a few drops of Angostura.
- Mix well and pour into glasses, without adding a little to the end, – fill the remainder with soda.
- Garnish with lime and cherries and serve to the guests.
Bitter Peach
Ingredients
- 360 ml Grappa
- 120 ml of Aperol
- 120 ml Peach Nectar
- 60 ml of chilled champagne
- Peach slice (for decoration)
- Ice Cubes.
Steps
- Fill the shaker (or its “analogues”) with ice, add Grappa, Aperol, Peach Nectar and shake well.
- Pour into chilled glasses, pouring champagne on top and decorating with peach slices.
Coral Island
Ingredients
- Madruzzo Liqueur Limoncello – 30 ml
- Orlando Liqueur Blue Curacao – 30 ml
- Lion Heart Gin – 30 ml
- Lemon juice – 10 ml

Steps
- Mix in a shaker Limoncello, Blue Curacao, Gin and Lemon Juice.
- Serve with ice, garnish with lemon.

- Rum White 45 ml
